Will the sandwich wraps hold up to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches?

Yes! My son eats lots of pb&j sandwiches and yes the jelly pours out of the sandwich at times - but the nylon liner keeps it from leaking thru to the cotton and on to other things in the lunch bag. We haven't had anything leak thru and we've also had ketchup and honey spill out of the sandwiches - the nylon really works great at keeping it all in.
